Case Contracting is committed to producing projects in complete compliance with environmental, state, and federal OSHA requirements. Safety is a business challenge that must be met in today’s construction marketplace. Through active training, monitoring and motivation we make safety a priority. Case Contracting’s average Workman’s Compensation Mod Rate over the last 10 years is under .75.
At Case Contracting, we have developed a safety program that promotes an injury-free environment that provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, and others who enter our jobsites. Our reputation for safety performance has been gained through real experience on job sites.
Supervisory personnel on all projects complete the 10 hour OSHA Training Course. The Safety Director and two additional members of the Safety Committee have completed the 40 hour OSHA Training.

Mandatory weekly job site safety meetings and inspections
Safety orientation and training required of every new hire
At Case Contracting we are committed to ensuring that our projects are in strict compliance with federal, state, and local environmental requirements. A successful project depends on how well you identify, analyze, and manage your environmental risks. Every Case Contracting project incorporates the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”), and are staffed with EPA certified Storm Water Professionals in storm water compliance.
At Case Contracting, we have developed an environmental compliance program that includes a Compliance Officer in addition to the jobsite Superintendents for each project, all of who have at least five (5) years of experience in environmental compliance oversight. Their responsibilities are to implement and maintain the pollutant control measures described in the SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) by all personnel on the jobsite.
Case Contracting’s Environmental procedures encompass the following:
Pre-Construction environmental review
Filing of the Notice of Intent
Obtaining the required Permit, either federal or state
Environmental Pre-Construction Meeting with all subcontractors
Installation of BMP’s prior to ground-disturbing activities
Daily Inspection of the jobsite by the Superintendent
Bi-weekly inspection of the jobsite by the Compliance Officer
Coordination of borrow, waste or spoils, materials, and equipment storage
Inspections by local, state or federal agencies
Final inspection and filing of the Notice of Termination
Retention of records as required by Environmental Laws
