ENVIORNMENTAL

At Case Contracting we are committed to ensuring that our projects are in strict compliance with federal, state, and local environmental requirements. A successful project depends on how well you identify, analyze, and manage your environmental risks. Every Case Contracting project incorporates the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”), and are staffed with EPA certified Storm Water Professionals in storm water compliance.

At Case Contracting, we have developed an environmental compliance program that includes a Compliance Officer in addition to the jobsite Superintendents for each project, all of who have at least five (5) years of experience in environmental compliance oversight. Their responsibilities are to implement and maintain the pollutant control measures described in the SWPPP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan) by all personnel on the jobsite.

LEED (LEADERSHIP INENERGY & ENVIORNMENTAL DESIGN)

Case Contracting feels it is imperative to support and promote green building design and practices. We are committed to doing our part to protect the environment, and we work to fulfill that commitment by incorporating sustainable and environmentally responsible practices wherever possible. Our resources and many years of experience enables us to offer valuable input regarding the materials and processes used in a construction project, thereby allowing us to best direct our clients and reduce the impact a building project has on the environment.

Case Contracting encourages all of their employees to achieve their LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation through the US Green Building Council (USGBC). We believe that our success in achieving LEED objectives is directly related to our team’s comprehensive understanding of the LEED criteria.
