Every building project is unique requiring solutions that Case Contracting provides. We offer a wide range of construction services for a broad spectrum of projects and markets. Our approach to each construction project is as follows:
- Assemble our Best People – We are committed to provide our very best people who have performed successfully together on prior projects with similar scopes and programs. Our experience allows us to get to the meat of the project without having a “learning curve” in the management of dealing with budget and time constraints.
- Plan the Work – We are providing the proven and tested tools for our people to use including all in house resources required for controlling project objectives of scheduling, management and budgeting during the schematic, design development and construction phase of the project.
- Work the Plan – We are experienced and dedicated in rolling up our sleeves and providing management with synergy tailored to the owner’s goals. This includes analyzing cost, time, accessibility, constructability, value engineering, and fast track construction; and providing a GMP early on in the design process. We will provide close association and coordination with all parties involved and provide a quick response to design and construction issues.
