Case Contracting is committed to producing projects in complete compliance with environmental, state, and federal OSHA requirements.  Safety is a business challenge that must be met in today’s construction marketplace.  Through active training, monitoring and motivation we make safety a priority.  Case Contracting’s average Workman’s Compensation Mod Rate over the last 10 years is under .75.

At Case Contracting, we have developed a safety program that promotes an injury-free environment that provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, and others who enter our jobsites.  Our reputation for safety performance has been gained through real experience on job sites.  

Supervisory personnel on all projects complete the 10 hour OSHA Training Course.  The Safety Director and two additional members of the Safety Committee have completed the 40 hour OSHA Training.
