The North Tower at the Slade is being turned over in December to owner ahead of schedule.

Parking Garage Construction on Schedule at the Slade
The parking garage is on schedule to be completed October 15th, 2008, at the Slade Channelside in Tampa, Florida.

New Sam's Club Underway in Cocoa
On July 22nd, 2008, Case Contracting was awarded the contract to construct the new Sam’s Club #4991 in Cocoa, Florida. A big thanks to all of our employees and Subcontractors who worked diligently to make this happen.

Winter Haven Wal-Mart Expansion completion date: July 25th
On July 25, 2008, Case will complete it’s 258th project with the Winter Haven Wal-Mart Expansion Project.

The Slade at Channelside Topping-Out Party
On July 3, 2008, Case Contracting Celebrated the Topping Out of the South Tower by hosting an on site BBQ luncheon for all involved in its success to date. Case would like to take this opportunity to thank Cobalt Development, New Boston Group, and Cohen Freedman Encinosa. Without their vision, the process of restoring and renovating the Port of Tampa would not be possible.
